Implementation
We aim to make every implementation as smooth and timely as possible with minimal disruption to your business and within the budgeted timeframe. Our Implementation Service consists of a number of phases:
Project Scope / Project Plan
The project scope will define what is and what is not included in the project. Based on the scope of the project, we will present you with a Project Plan which will show the expected completion date of the project together with major milestones.
Product Installation
We will review your current computer network and report back any issues that may impede the running of JobsPlus. We will ensure that the JobsPlus programs are installed correctly on each of the required computers.
Interface Configuration
We will configure the software interface in order to allow JobsPlus to access your accounting data. We will tailor the various JobsPlus settings so that the data transfer between JobsPlus and your accounting system is fully functional.
JobsPlus Setup and Customisation
Based on the information we gather during our analysis of your business requirements, we will ensure that all the settings in JobsPlus are configured to suit your specific business needs.
Template Design
We can design business documents (eg purchase orders, invoices) to match your business requirements. These documents can be configured to match the feel of your existing documents or you can choose to have a totally new business layout.
