Timesheets
The timesheet section of JobsPlus allows you to enter employee timesheets at a single point in the system. Once the timesheet details have been entered and verified they can then be automatically transferred to the actual jobs.
The features of the timesheet section of JobsPlus include:
- Enter a timesheet by employee. This allows you to choose an employee and enter the time worked for that employee against jobs
- Enter timesheets by data sheet - This allows you to enter timesheets for a number of employees
- Allows you to enter the hours to be charged as well as the hours actually worked
- Allows you to apply a discount to the actual time spent on a job by an employee
- Notes can be recorded for each timesheet line
- Ability to transfer hours worked to the payroll section MYOB thereby eliminating double entry
