• Schedule multiple appointments per job or quote
• Allocate specific employees to each scheduled appointment
• Schedule appointments by employee but not link the appointment to a job
• View all appointments by date, week or month
• View other people’s calendars if your security settings permit
• Easily change appointments by clicking and dragging
• View a job by double clicking on the appointment
