Purchasing



JobsPlus provides you with the ability to create purchase orders. These purchase orders can be for parts that are required for a particular job or for ordering parts for your warehouse.

The Purchasing section of JobsPlus allows you to:

  • Order items directly for a job or have multiple jobs on the one Supplier Purchase Order
  • Order items for stock
  • Partially receive an order
  • View items on backorder
  • Create multiple purchase order template designs
  • Email a Purchase Order directly to your supplier
  • Enter delivery dockets when the goods are received without a supplier invoice
  • Enter supplier invoices against a purchase order or against a delivery docket
  • Enter multiple supplier invoices against a single Purchase Order
  • Only enter a supplier invoice once, as JobsPlus will automatically send the invoice to your accounting system
  • Know when to re-order stock with our stock level reminders
  • Easily find purchase orders through our extensive search facilities
  • Track the status of a purchase order from creation of the order to receipt of goods and finally against the supplier invoice when it is received
