Equipment



Your business may need to track various details for equipment that either:

  • you service for clients
  • allowing you to keep track of your own equipment

JobsPlus allows you to record the details for pieces of equipment, including information such as:

  • Who the equipment belongs to
  • Where the equipment is located
  • What the details are: Brand, Model, Serial number etc…
  • When the equipment was purchased
  • When the warranty expires
  • Any further notes or information that you wish to retain
  • Categorise equipment by type
  • Record when equipment is due for its next service and the next service type required
  • Create service check list details and record the results from each service
  • Link an unlimited number of electronic files, eg drawings, photos, service manuals etc

Reports can be produced that list the equipment that is due to be serviced in a specified date range. This allows you to plan when equipment needs to be serviced before it is due for service.
